I’m currently taking on one operator and can provide professional support with your Operator Licence and day-to-day transport compliance.

I gained my Transport Manager CPC in July 2023 and have worked in the haulage industry since the end of 2022.

My experience includes working for a large, established Welsh haulage company across 9 depots, managing compliance and fleet requirements for:

Tractor units & trailers
Rigids
Bin lorries
Refrigerated vehicles

I have hands-on experience with:

EU Drivers’ Hours & tachograph compliance
Working Time Directive
Operator Licence administration
Driver infringement investigations & debriefs
Accident investigation
Driver compliance & education
Fleet maintenance & documentation
PMIs, MOTs, brake tests & tachograph calibrations
Vehicle defects & breakdown management

I currently work as a Fleet & Maintenance Controller for another large, established haulage company in South Wales, meaning I remain actively involved in fleet, maintenance and compliance on a daily basis.

I’m looking to work with one small operator running up to 3 vehicles, providing a reliable and professional service to help keep your operation safe, compliant and running efficiently.
