I am a CPC-qualified Transport Manager and Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, available for external Transport Manager nomination and ongoing O-licence compliance support across Hampshire and the South East.

I have spent over thirty years in operations, including Operations Director roles in logistics and manufacturing, Regional Operations Director at a global services company with full P&L accountability for a £20m operation and 230 staff, and running my own haulage and warehousing business, where I held the operator licence myself and carried the compliance responsibility personally.

That last part matters. I know what it is to be the person the Traffic Commissioner would call, and I take nomination seriously. I will not put my name to a licence I cannot properly oversee.

What I offer operators:

Nomination as external Transport Manager on standard national licences, with genuine continuous and effective management rather than a name on a form. Regular operating centre visits, driver licence and CPC checks, drivers' hours and WTD monitoring, tachograph analysis, defect reporting and maintenance record oversight, and a clear audit trail that stands up to a DVSA visit.

I work with small and medium operators who need professional compliance without employing a full-time Transport Manager. I take on a limited number of operators so that each gets real attention.
