Adam Rice

I am a CPC-qualified Transport Manager based in Basingstoke, Hampshire, available to support small and independent operators requiring an External Transport Manager.

I gained my Transport Manager CPC in 2025 specifically to support my father's business with its Operator's Licence requirements. Having gone through that process myself, I understand that smaller operators and owner-drivers may need access to a professionally qualified Transport Manager without requiring someone on a full-time basis.

I currently provide transport management support alongside my established full-time career in marketing and am looking to work with a small number of additional operators where the commitment is appropriate and can be managed effectively.

I take a practical, organised and professional approach to transport management, with a clear understanding of the responsibilities that come with supporting an Operator's Licence.

Based in Basingstoke, I am particularly interested in working with small operators and owner-drivers in Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

Available to discuss ongoing External Transport Manager support on a monthly basis.
