I'm Deividas Pyragis, founder of Northern Fleet Compliance and a CPC-qualified transport manager with years of transport experience. I've built transport companies from the ground up to over 25 trucks, and I still manage a busy HGV operation day to day, so I know what the traffic commissioner and DVSA expect and how to meet it in practice.
