The Desk is an add-on. Your ETM membership keeps working exactly as it does today: your listing, leads and messages are unchanged. A paid Desk plan is a separate monthly subscription that switches on the higher limits and extra tools above.

If you start a paid Desk plan while the founding offer is open, the discounted price you subscribe at (£9.99 for Desk Verified+, £19.99 for Desk Premium+) is protected for as long as that Desk subscription stays continuously active. If support moves that active subscription between the two paid tiers without a cancellation or gap, the founding price for the new tier applies. A later subscription after cancellation is charged at the price offered at that time.

Your account moves to the Desk Free limits, and no Desk records are deleted solely because you cancel the paid plan. One operator can remain active on Desk Free. Records for other operators are retained and return when you assign that operator the available slot or upgrade again. New entries and uploads are restricted while you are above the Free vehicle or 100 MB storage allowance, while existing documents remain downloadable.

Yes. Desk Free is available without a paid Desk subscription. Choose a paid plan only when you need the additional capacity, full Repute Score or Atlas access.

Desk Verified+ and Desk Premium+ are monthly subscriptions handled through Stripe. They sit alongside your existing ETM membership and can be cancelled by contacting support.

Documents are mirrored to secure off-server storage away from the web server, access is controlled through your ETM account and authorised administrative processes, and the oversight diary uses a SHA-256 hash chain so changes to earlier entries can be detected. You can export the records you hold in the Desk.
