I am an International CPC-qualified Transport Manager providing External Transport Manager and transport compliance consultancy services to small and medium-sized operators, new licence applicants and businesses developing regulated transport operations.

My focus is on practical, defensible compliance systems that protect the Operator Licence, reduce regulatory risk and demonstrate continuous and effective management under DVSA and Traffic Commissioner scrutiny.

My wider management-systems background includes ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, internal audit, corrective action, management review and Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement. This allows me to support operators not only with statutory compliance, but also with stronger processes, evidence, accountability and operational control.

Services include External TM appointments, O-Licence applications, compliance audits and gap assessments, tachograph and drivers' hours compliance, maintenance and PMI systems, defect reporting, DVSA audit preparation, FORS support, staff training, transport policies and corrective-action systems.

I also support businesses operating 2.5–3.5 tonne vehicles internationally, including assessment of International O-Licence requirements, own-account versus hire-or-reward operations, tachograph obligations, driver/installer working arrangements and international journey compliance.

I work particularly well with small fleets and businesses where transport is important but is not the organisation's primary activity.

I do not provide nominal or CPC-only Transport Manager arrangements. Any External TM appointment must provide sufficient time, access and authority to exercise genuine, continuous and effective management.
