My professional background is built on experience in team leadership, operational supervision and customer-focused environments, including office and hotel management roles. Throughout my career, I have developed strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to coordinate teams, manage competing priorities and maintain high standards in demanding environments.

As a qualified PSV Transport Manager holding the Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC), I have developed a strong understanding of the legal responsibilities associated with operating passenger transport services, including operator licensing, vehicle roadworthiness, driver compliance and the importance of effective management systems.

I am currently named on a PSV operator licence and am looking to develop my career further within the passenger transport industry. I approach my responsibilities with professionalism, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

I believe successful transport management relies on more than understanding regulations. It also requires clear communication, consistency, accountability and the ability to work collaboratively with operators and drivers.

I am open to both internal and external Transport Manager opportunities, with the aim of building strong working relationships and supporting operators in maintaining safe, efficient and compliant services.
