I’m a senior transport and operations professional with over 20 years of leadership experience across transport operations, fleet compliance, training delivery, and service management.

My career has been built around one core objective: ensuring complex operations are delivered safely, compliantly, and efficiently while developing high-performing teams and maintaining excellent service standards.

I currently work across multiple leadership and specialist roles, including:

• Operations Manager, overseeing mixed fleets and service delivery
• External Transport Manager, ensuring full O-Licence and DVSA compliance
• NDORS Trainer, delivering accredited national driver education programmes
• Driving Instructor and Coach Driver, maintaining frontline operational standards
• HGV Class 2 Licence holder
