Experienced PSV operations leader and Passenger Transport CPC holder with more than 10 years' experience across London bus operations, regional bus, coach and contracted passenger transport.

Currently responsible for the operational performance of a major London bus operation, with previous responsibility for large frontline workforces, bus and coach fleets, service delivery, safety, compliance, performance management, financial control and operational improvement.

I combine formal Transport Manager CPC competence with practical experience of running passenger transport operations at operational management level. This includes driver management, operational performance, incident management, service reliability, compliance, maintenance interfaces, performance improvement, stakeholder management and implementation of corrective action.

Particularly strong at translating regulatory and operational requirements into practical systems that work in a live passenger transport environment.

Now seeking opportunities to undertake external PSV Transport Manager, interim Transport Manager, PSV compliance and operational consultancy assignments, particularly across Essex, London and the wider South East, with UK-wide remote/periodic-site opportunities considered.
