I am an International Transport Manager CPC holder with practical experience in transport operations, vehicle compliance and fleet administration.
I am available to discuss suitable External Transport Manager requirements with small operators, as well as providing practical fleet and compliance support to businesses that may need additional help managing their systems and records.
Support can include vehicle maintenance and inspection planning, drivers' hours and Working Time Directive compliance, walkaround check and defect reporting systems, vehicle and maintenance records, driver licence checks, and general fleet compliance administration.
I can also help operators review existing systems and processes to identify areas that may need attention and put practical improvements in place.
I believe the level of support should be based around the individual operator and what their business actually requires rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
