I am an experienced Transport Manager, Compliance Auditor, and Transport Consultant with over five years’ experience in the UK road haulage industry, specialising in Operator Licence compliance, fleet management, driver supervision, and transport operations.

As Managing Director of PETM LTD, I provide professional External Transport Manager (ETM) services to Operator Licence holders across England, supporting businesses with maintaining continuous and effective compliance in line with DVSA and Office of the Traffic Commissioner expectations.

I currently act as a nominated External Transport Manager for multiple operators, managing mixed fleets including HGVs, trailers, flatbeds, crane vehicles, and general haulage operations. My work includes overseeing driver compliance, drivers’ hours and tachograph management, OCRS monitoring, maintenance systems, compliance audits, policy development, and corrective action planning.
