About this course
A proposed 90-minute workshop for Transport Managers who want to test whether their evidence tells a clear and credible story. It covers document organisation, chronology, action records and the difference between explaining a failure and demonstrating that it was corrected. Delivery may be online or in a sit-down classroom and remains to be confirmed with the third-party provider.
