Do you really market my profile for me?
Yes. Alongside your own profile, our team promotes the ETM directory and its members every week through search, social media and content — it's part of what your membership pays for.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Paid plans run on a no-contract secure payment through Stripe. Cancel from the Billing tab in your dashboard and your paid features stay active until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are handled by Stripe, an FCA-authorised payment provider. We never store your payment details.
